The Protein Ritual

 

The Protein Ritual is a curated monthly subscription designed to be experienced over time. Each cycle builds on the last — flavour, familiarity, and indulgence with intention.

To preserve quality and production standards, we operate on a structured subscription model.

 

 

Minimum Ritual Commitment

 

Your Ritual begins with a minimum two-month commitment (two billing cycles).

Why two months?

Because the Ritual is designed to be experienced, not sampled once.

After your second completed cycle, your subscription becomes fully flexible — you may pause, adjust, or cancel at any time.

 

Billing Schedule

 

• Subscriptions are billed monthly

• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month

• Orders placed after the 25th roll into the following billing cycle

Once billed, your Ritual enters our production schedule.

 

Baking & Dispatch

 

• All Ritual boxes are baked fresh during our monthly production window

• Dispatch occurs between the 3rd–5th of each month

• You will receive tracking details once your box ships

We do not mass-produce. Each batch is made intentionally.

 

 

Flavour Selection

 

By default, subscribers receive our Chef’s Curated Mix — a balanced selection of Chocolate Hazelnut and Vanilla Choc Chip.

You may select:

• Mostly Chocolate

• Mostly Vanilla

Subscribers may occasionally receive limited-edition seasonal flavours as part of their Ritual experience.

 

Flavour Adjustments

 

You will receive a reminder email three days before dispatch.

You may:

• Adjust your flavour mix

• Upgrade or downgrade your box size

• Skip a month (after minimum commitment)

Changes must be made before the monthly cutoff. Once production begins, changes cannot be applied to that cycle.

 

 

Pausing & Skipping

 

After completing your initial two-month commitment, you may:

• Pause your Ritual

• Skip a cycle

• Adjust your box size

We believe in flexibility — not pressure.

 

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations are available after your two-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled.

If you wish to cancel:

• Log into your account dashboard

• Manage your subscription settings

If cancellation is requested after billing but before dispatch, it will apply to the following cycle.

 

 

Subscriber Privileges

As a Ritual member, you receive:

• Early access to new flavours

• Subscriber-only seasonal drops

• Priority fulfilment during high-demand periods

• First access to limited cake launches

The Ritual is not a discount programme — it is a priority membership.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are perishable and baked fresh to order:

• We do not offer returns on food items

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We will always make it right where appropriate.
